A predictor declaration tied to the family instance that created it.

Use a family helper or bind_predictor to create a declaration, then pass it to SuperLSS after that same family instance. name is the parameter’s name in results and offsets. template returns an independent copy of the normalized predictor configuration.

A declaration has no fitted state. SuperLSS copies its configuration at construction and owns the resulting model fit.
