Draw a grid of term panels per parameter, pointwise and simultaneous bands.

With parameter named the return is that parameter’s figure; with parameter=None every parameter that has a plottable term gets one and they come back as a dict keyed by parameter name, which is the view that shows what drives the location against what drives the scale. terms restricts the grid; interaction terms have no one-dimensional grid and are skipped unless named, in which case the builder refuses.
